  1. Not the same issue, but after the latest update, some staff here have noticed that if they open Excel and type in any cell, the cursor disappears and doesn't come back unless you reload Excel. If you just open Excel without editing a cell, it works fine!! To fix this, I changed the setting for multiple displays to “Optimize for compatibility.” This fixed the cursor issue. I wonder if it might also resolve your zoom issue?? Might not make any difference for your issue, but it solved my equally odd issue with Excel this week.
  2. Yes we found the same, I am logging a ticket now with smoothwall as well.
  3. Also experiencing this issue. Was also working fine yesterday.
  4. I've been dealing with this for the last few weeks since we got new interactive boards. I think it might be linked to Presenter View in PowerPoint. Prior to the interactive boards, we had VGA splitters in all classrooms and didn't notice this issue. I suspect that because it only saw one output, Presenter View was disabled. It may be possible to disable Presenter View using a registry key, although I haven't tried this yet. One member of teaching staff thinks it happens when you press ESC to exit a PowerPoint presentation, rather than allowing the slideshow to run to the end and exit normally. I'm not sure how accurate this is.
