We have over 1500 students plus staff. Smootwall crashed again at 08:30-09:00. Smoothwall 3rd line is now looking at the ticket, but are still unsure what is causing issue. As a temp mesaure i unplugged smoothwall and all issues went away. Not sure where we go from here :S

Good Afternoon Thanks for the infomation. Still experincing issue with smoothwall. The school experiences internet issue for the first 30 mintues between 08:30- 09:00, We pages hanging and not loading. If you put the IP in exceptions (No Issue ).

Mine matched your settings apart from ICMP time stamps was checked to block and ignore
