Hi, We are a Sharp and Ricoh dealer, this is a common problem on the generation of devices just gone, i.e 51,61,71 model devices. Let me know if you need help finding the correct Firmware but your supplier should be able to do this for you with a service call, there is a technical bulletin for the issue. Regards Dan
