Hello What do your schools currently do for processing secondary reports. We do reports in Dec and Jul, and for KS3 follow a A+ to D attainment and numbers 1-4 for effort; GCSE and A-levels do the normal grading plus an effort gradr (letter for GCSE/no for ALEvel) We usually once on the deadline for when they are due on SIMS marksheets , print drafts off using a draft template. Sometimes HODs read a few/sampling, then admin staff sometimes teaching proof read them all, then corrections are made for usually tutors/ deputy head to write comments. Then for when they are given we print of the final.one, email and upload to SIMs parent

Hi All Hope your keeping well; I thought I would ask, what do your staff both teaching and support currently know in terms of SIMS knowledge, I.e which features do your school (secondary) train them in..? For us, we train teaching staff on taking registers, pupil records, and behaviour, marksheets etc - soon maybe on Reports Admin staff - further training mainly on InTouch and processing reports.
