Thanks. Where would you suggest moving the start directory to?

Hi everyone, I was hoping some of you may be able to shed some insight on your setups with Gimp? Saving within it's own file explorer means students can go back on their profile folders to reach the C drive. Whilst they are denied access to saving in the folders, they can create their own and also browse through the folders without issue. Do you any of you have a suitable way of restricting it? Thanks in advance
