About the position:
Vocosa has an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to help maintain, support and enhance the IT solutions we supply our customers. To be successful in this role you will need to provide high quality support to our users, ensure that our systems are properly administered, and develop existing infrastructure and processes.
You should be able to work independently and be flexible to changing deadlines. Reliability and adaptability are vital for this dynamic role together with exceptional interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

Skills and Experience
· Full UK Driving Licence essential
· An understanding of IT hardware, Windows and Mac OS are essential
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Experience in O365
· Experience in Google cloud for Education
· Experience in Group Policy
· Experience in Virtual Desktops / RDP connections
· Experience in TCP / IP Protocols
· Experience in Active Directory / BCX monitoring systems
· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as servers / Desktops
· ECS card (can be applied for after the candidate is appointed)
Enhanced DBS and Security clearance checks will be carried out.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
