Is the size of the iframe set or does it just fit to page? Try setting the height and width of the iframe (if its not already). Not sure if it will work but its worth a try....

This may sound stupid but have you tried rebooting the effected machines since you disabled your redirected dektop? We had an issue here with something different and we forced the pcs to do a GPupdate but when the command was run the change didnt take. We couldnt work out why but once the machine had been rebooted it was fine...

I've just replaced the windows XP banner on my PC (XP classic logon not the welcome screen. I used a program called reshack to edit the MSGINA.DLL file. Open the MSGINA.DLL file and click bitmap from the list. Select the item you want to edit, right click and save the bmp image. Edit it and select replace bmp from the same menu. Now when the user logs on they see my logo, instead of the XP logo. Brief instructions but the program is self explanatory.
