Starting date: 1st September 2022 Contract / Hours: Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week) Cathedral Schools Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled ICT technician to join a dynamic and proactive ICT team. You will predominantly be working across three sites within the Trust, working with the Site ICT Technical lead and Trust ICT Director, ICT team, as well as independently. You will need to be flexible to work across multiple school sites in Bristol, as such the successful candidate will need to hold a valid UK driving licence. You will be providing remote and face to face technical support in line with the Trust's ICT support service to allow the effective use of ICT by both staff and students. You will also provide advice and training to improve both their understanding of ICT and their experience of its use, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems as required. This means that you will need to be able to build positive relationships to clearly communicate technical issues to non-specialists and be able to guide staff and students through steps needed to resolve issues.
