All of the iPads have the same Apple ID and when I try to sign into ASM with this account it says I can't sign in with this account. -
Mosyle MDM - Some iPads aren't supervised

I've always been reluctant to use another process (ASM) as well as the MDM. The MDM pushes the apps out no problem (apart from the few unsupervised devices). We don't use VPP as we never buy any apps, if we do it would just be for one or two devices. As far as my configuration for new ipads: Run the new ipad through configurator, add the Mosyle app on the ipad, in Mosyle change the iPad name, add it's inv. number etc. Job done -

Yes it had been erased just before I added it to ASM but still unsupervised when I added it to Mosyle after. -

Mosyle MDM - Some iPads aren't supervised
Renfield-123 replied to Renfield-123's topic in Mobile Devices & Tablets
The problem is, I have now added one of the new iPads to Apple School Manager but it is still unsupervised in Mosyle which means it doesn't follow the rules as far as configuration is concerned. So I can't message or disable it, install apps thro' Mosyle etc. -
Mosyle MDM - Some iPads aren't supervised

Hi, no, I have never used Apple School Manager for anything. -
We have been using Mosyle for a while now but out of the 50 iPads enrolled with it around 5 aren't supervised and no matter what I do to the iPad it refuses to be supervised. They are all the same model, age, iOS etc. I know they have to be run thro' Configurator before being enrolled and have done that. I enrolled 2 new devices today, 1 I ran thro' Configurator and 1 that didn't, both are unsupervised! Any ideas? Thanks

Everybody keeps selecting 'Reply all' when replying
Renfield-123 replied to Renfield-123's topic in Office Software
The issue is not preventing the original email from being sent to all staff it's the replies going to all staff. I've had a look at using Powershell to implement it so will progress with that. Thanks all. -
When anyone in our school sends an email to all staff such as 'Does anyone want any........whatever' staff have a habit of selecting or not unselecting 'Reply all' when replying. This means that I continually get replies from people saying 'Yes I'd like some' etc. Is there a way from preventing getting further replies to a particular email to prevent this? It can be really annoying when 30+ staff 'reply all' to an email sent by someone else. Thanks

I have a number of iPads using Mosyle School Manager and it works quite well. However, there are a couple of iPads that if I launch the app it immediately minimises/closes. I'm not sure if it is linked but these iPads also show as 'Unsupervised' and even if I run them thro' Configurator 2 they still remain unsupervised. Anyone had similar issues? Thanks

Hi, due to having a new WiFi network installed I have around 25 Meru AP332e APs available if anyone wants them. You'd have to collect or arrange collection yourself though. Our school is in Poole, Dorset.

Has anyone had to do a multi install of the Kindle reader app? I can't find an MSI for it anywhere. Thanks
