Hi there, I have a Dell Vostro 3515 (AMD unit) that I am trying to connect to an older Smart SB660, but for some reason it never recognises the USB that's plugged into it. I've tried it on other devices and they all work fine, I have also reinstalled drivers multiple times with no luck unfortunately and tried different cables. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
