Hi mhaddock, Thanks for the suggestions, I have tried them which is why I'm a little stumped haha. I'll log into another PC tomorrow and see if it has anything set up differently and if it does I'll set it up the same way

Hi all, This is my first post so I apologise if I've put it in the wrong place. I'm having an issue with a smartboard 500 where it allows us to use the ink function but the cursor doesn't work with the pens. I've tried a few things such as updates and drivers but nothing is allowing the cursor to be used. If anyone has any ideas of steps to try please let me know as I'm struggling to fix this.
