Thanks, this ended up being the issue, elevated users to modify access for the connnect.ini has fixed the issue

Hi all hoping someone can help. I've been using sims for years but have never worked with multiple sites on sims before. I had to recently reinstall sims on a device due to a failed update, and the user had access to 2 of our 3 sims sites. after reinstalling sims keeps erroring with incorrect details message when trying to sign on to one of these sites. i tried reinstalling and tested sims on my account i can sign in to all 3 sims sites however when i sign in as the user and test sims it still only works with on sims site. any help would be appreciated

Hi all hoping you can help, not installed this software before and having a bit of issue with getting the staff member to sign on to the software. the install was easy enough, and she can sign in and connect using my account (admin account) but when she tries to sign on using her account the software comes up with a "login: unable to connect to server. please try again later."(see attached) message. I have just put the two address listed on this post in our web filter http://www.edugeek.net/forums/internet-related-filtering-firewall/185248-e-marker-proxy-settings.html which may fix the issue but wondered if anyone else had encountered this error and how to fix it. thanks in advance
