[h=4]Job description[/h]Badger Computer Services is a thriving IT support company, we are currently looking for an additional School IT Technician to join the team.
Due to the nature of the field work, you will need your own transport and a driving licence.
You will be managing school networks and computer systems by carrying out reactive and proactive maintenance tasks on all ICT equipment, operating systems and core applications.
Successful applicants will be able to problem solve and work effectively with personnel from different teams within the company.
Applicants will need excellent customer handling and inter-personal skills, have the ability to work proactively and be able to show good planning and organisation skills.
Good verbal and written communications are a must.
Working with us you will gain experience with Windows Desktop and Windows Server OS, including DHCP, DNS, Group Policy and Active Directory as well as Google ChromeBooks and set up and iPad deployment and set up. When not attending your allocated schools you will also take part in supporting our commercial sector clients, by working with and learning from our senior engineers.
Good time management and punctuality. Any Windows Server experience advantageous. Mobile Phone, Tools, and work wear provided. Mileage paid, Enhanced DBS and barred list check required.
We would be particularity interested to speak to current school technicians.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
