ICT Technician (35 hours per week - 41 weeks per year - term time + some school holiday working) Salary £21,968 (pro rata £16,341 + annual leave)
The Governors of both Appleby and Kirkby Stephen Grammar schools are looking to make a joint appointment for an ICT Technician.
The role of this post is to provide support to the Network Manager by:
• helping to maintain and develop both schools core ICT systems.
• replacing, repairing and installing IT equipment.
• having excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and PCs, printers, software and network devices is required.
• previous experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous. Informal discussions with the Network Manager about this post are welcome, as are visits to the school(s).
