  1. She was working from home (the work had been saved in school however). Unfortunately we never found the files so she redid the work. It saved this time. Thank you both for your suggestions.
  2. Unfortunately, that is only showing the same saved files that we found using Load New Files with Hide SPB unticked. It's as if the changes were never made. She did that locally and is accessing from home now, not sure if that would be a factor but don't see why it would be.
  3. Hi, first post here. I'm not actually a teacher, but I am posting because I have a very stressed wife who has been tormenting herself with the timetabling for next year. She made good headway last week and on Friday spent hours in school making vital changes that would allow her to get it finished soon. On opening the Nova-T6 program today, she opened the file that she had saved (which autosaves every few seconds anyway), and none of the changes were saved. She had even printed out the classes after making the changes, so has proof on paper that the changes were made. I did a bit of googling to see how to locate the backup files (unticking Hide SPB files) and only one of those files reflected any changes made, although only the initial ones. Is there anywhere else that he changes may be stored? I am not familiar with this software but should be able to help her if there's a way to find the missing files. Many thanks in advance if anyone can offer advice.
