  1. In my last few schools, I've used Alertus Desktop. https://www.alertus.com/safe-in-seconds Free for all schools under their Safe in seconds initiative. It is american but UK schools can use it too. We believe every organization should be able to offer mass notification to help protect their people. Free desktop alerting software for universities and colleges, software and hardware grants for K12 schools, and scalable solutions enable more schools, places of worship, and other organizations to secure mass notification technology that they may otherwise not afford.
  2. Could you send me your presentation as well please
  3. Craig, thankyou for that. I just need a way that staff can see the calendar for resources but not book themselves. We want all bookings to go through me (as the ICT dept)
  4. I've got classroombookings installed as self hosted and LDAP is working We only want some staff to be able to book resources - Does anyone know how I can either set a view only for logins or publish the calendar week page to view? Redd
  5. AIO's would get trashed very quickly in our environment, where a refurb monitor os easy and cheap to replace. I did consider them though. Thankyou for the idea of a roller blind but would need to find a way of mounting it away from the wall
  6. We are creating a Multi purpose room where Education want a number of PCs that can be locked away when the room is in use for other activities. We are a Autistic Primary school, so require the computers to be out of sight for some occassions. Laptop are out of the question due to high amounts of damage. I was thinking of a USFF PC and monitor screwed to the wall on a mount and then using a wireless KB & Mouse that can be put away. Does anyone know of a manufacturer that does anything that could go around these and then lock? (roller shutter???) doors are too big and will get in the way. Anyone got any ideas? Redd
