Hello Members, Chris Here. I have been using spiceworks for last 2 years, but unfortunately it has started misbehaving and we can nolonger receive User Tickets. when i tried reconfiguring it, its displaying smtp via proxy not supported. We are using office365, and our company we don't have proxy server. Any advice concerning this.
