  1. I've recently installed the Data Harvest software from EasySense, for some odd reason only certain users were able to view and use the program. The software is a simple Data plotter and visualiser, I work in a school and there are various permission levels between staff members. Student, Teacher, Admin is the primary category. I installed it as an admin account locally on several machines, theoretically they should be accessed by any permission level. I used a test account with the same permissions and it seemed to have no issues whatsoever, but for other users it would not show up in the taskbar or even within start menu. ideally the teachers will be the ones using the software, I've found several workarounds where I put a shortcut with the program (as it was installed locally to C:/) however it's extremely temperamental. Would any of you have a suggestion as to how I might proceed? Thanks
