An exciting opportunity has arisen for a IT Technician to join our team. Our Trust comprises of 12 primary schools and 3 secondary schools. We are looking to appoint a technician who can support schools in the West Yorkshire area. Our in house CPD offering and support packages are designed to continually improve our team. In this very important support service role you will be a member of an established IT Team, supporting Schools, staff, students and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. Ideally, you will have experience of supporting IT in a large organization, working to timescales in a helpdesk environment, investigating and finding solutions to IT Problems. However, if you are not yet experienced in the IT field but have a desire and willingness to learn, we would still like to hear from you! You must be able to take instruction within IT projects and work independently to fulfil the role required. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Technician to join our team and support our Secondary school and two primary schools based around the Selby and Goole area. We have extremely high standards and expectations. In this very important support service role you will be a member of an established IT Team, supporting schools, staff, students and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. In addition to supporting these 3 schools, you will be involved with Trust wide day to day work, mainly remotely working alongside other members of the successful hardworking IT Team. Our Trust central office is based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire where you will need to occasionally travel to, mainly for CPD and Team meetings and occasionally provide support to the schools in this area. Same situation for us - we have had a quote for central, its quite expensive per year depending on the size of the schools - has anyone any other recommendations on AV... not everyone uses Sophos surely...
