We have had a GDPR query (complaint) that MS Teams is displaying full pupil name and photograph off site and outside our immediate control. Despite our acceptable use policy (no recording, shairng etc) this is proving difficult to police.
Teams draws the profile photos from SIMS (we use Cloud Box / Salamander to synchronise). Is there a way to put something like a school badge as the profile photo and block the link to SIMS? We do not want pupils to be able to upload their own profile photo as we had problems with this in the past.
