@Bev I haven't come across this issue with JAMF. Can you see if "scan QR codes" is enabled in the Camera setting on a device? Do you use app whitelists or blacklists in you restrictions profile? Try adding com.apple.barcodesupport.qrcode in a whitelist (or ensure it is not in a blacklist)

If you are using Home layouts / Allowed apps add "barcode scanner" to the homescreen (it's listed as a native app). This will allow you to add QR scanner in control center.
