Deleting a Teams recording is straightforward BUT you must have changed your recording mode to OneDrive for Business. That link, already referenced above, is here:

Once you have made that change, recordings of meetings that take place in a team are stored on SharePoint. They can be found in the Files tab of the channel where the meeting took place, in a folder called Recordings. They can then be quickly deleted or shared with others just like any other SharePoint file.
For a meeting not part of a team (i.e. set-up through the Teams calendar), the recording is stored in the OneDrive of the person who clicked record. Once again in a folder called Recordings.
But if you've not yet changed your policy, there is no easy way.
