Hi all, We are looking at reviewing our firewall and filtering packages - for a 3 site MAT. One of the key points of us is the reporting of the filtering section, particualry the safeguarding aspects. We also have a 1:1 device scheme and would need devices to be protected off site too. Yes, we use JISC and there was some routing issues that have since been resolved so I can't imagine this having any effect going forward. A one in a million change of it going wrong.... and it did!

Thank you for the reply! Yes we did try this. Interestingly it was an issue with our ISP in the end and it's now been resolved!

Hi all, Any of you lovley people use Ciphr has their HR software? We are having issues at on of our sites with the site either not repsonding, very slow etc. We have a Smoothwall box in place with Ciphr in as an exception. Ciphr say its us, Smoothwall say their system is fine. Caught between a rock and a hard place! Thanks

Is there anyway of exporting a list of ALL closed calls for the week?

Good morning everyone! I need to pull off stats for my team on how many tickets are closed each week. We currently use Spiceworks Cloud Helpdesk although not having much look with the inbuilt reports or Power BI. Does anyone have any tips or point me in the right direction so I can pull off either a report to do this or something similar? Any help would be REALLY appreciated. Thank you!
