Salary: Technician Scale 3, points 5 – 6 (£19,312 - £19,698)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Network Technician for this fast-paced and varied role that includes first and second line IT support across the whole school.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of IT systems management with a passion for emerging technologies coupled with a strong desire to learn. They will also have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and to communicate with both staff and students. Their personal qualities enabling them to deliver a high level of service in a busy environment as part of the IT Helpdesk Team.
The primary focus will be to ensure all workstations, classroom audio visual, and printing. equipment operates to a high standard, and that all incidents are recorded via the ICT Helpdesk.

You will be part of a small Team, liaising closely with the Head of IT.
This is a full-time all year-round position and, on occasion, there is an expectation of you being required to work out of hours.
