Hi I updated the firmware on a Promethean 587 board to v8.63, then to v8.65 (as per advice on the Promethean site). I can now no longer see the board in ActivManager as a connection (via USB). I'd like to reset to factory, or try installing the updates again, but can't see how. Any advice gratefully received!!
