Hey Everyone! I just wanted to share a bit of information. I was also having some trouble getting my Library ID for the GPO. However, I downloaded chrome onto Mac OS. Then went to the sync button and it was there! No other browser would work, not even safari. So to test I compared the PowerShell script output, and then the link from Microsoft. In my stupidity, there was a space at the end of the PowerShell output! After I removed that 30 Min Later, it's all working as intended!
