Disable AutoPlay worked. Thanks a lot!

Hello all A teacher has reported "innappropriate ads" being displayed on YouTube, on the recommended video sidebar (screenshot below). We have https decrypt & inspect enabled alongside the following content modificiations; YouTube Comment Removal, YouTube SafetyMode cookie, Youtube: Restricted Mode (Strict) via HTTP Header, Youtube: Remove Adverts. The ads are not always explicit however I would like to find out if it is possible to block them, or maybe remove the sidebar entirely. Any suggestions appreciated.
