Is there a way to un-confuse them do you know?

Sorry wasn't sure exactly which section to post this in. We've been having an issue with one of our classroom computers taking about 15 minutes to login. Doesn't seem to matter who the user is whether it's student, teacher or admin. All other computers in the block are fine. I tried re-imaging and using the spare whiteboard PC in it's place for around a week or two. There are only 2 easily accessible network points near the desk and both points are as bad as each other. I can't remember how it behaved when we brought it back to the office as that was a few months ago, but when I swap it out to do some further testing I will report back.

We've figured that out, but our users keep forgetting. Will keep trying to find a fix in the meantime.

"However, reports were revived of edge not launching at times. It has been narrowed down to being an issue if the user is logged onto more than one machine, edge will not launch, which i presume it because the first login is locking some files that stops it launching on the second machine. If they log off the first machine, edge then starts working on the second one." Did anyone else encounter this? We're currently struggling with this issue too.
