Hi I also signed up to post on this. The local service provider for Interactive Smart Boards was not very helpful. I did hover find a solution that was cheap and easy. https://www.jaycar.com.au/5v-dc-3a-slim-power-supply-7dc-plugs/p/MP3480 [h=1]5V DC 3A Slim Power Supply 7DC Plugs works fine .[/h] The 2nd smallest plug works even thought it looks like the centre is too big it works fine. cost was $24.95
