I’ve been reading a few posts here over the last few months and feel it’s time add a few comments.
My name is Ravi, I’ve been working at Viglen for nearly 9 years and I must say things are very much on the up. I’ll be honest and say that things haven’t been right in the past and this is purely due to setting correct expectations from the outset and poor customer service / account management.
However, over the past couple of years we are very much focusing on customer service.

Viglen are in a very good space at the moment, backed by Sir Alan Sugar we are cash rich and no have no debts. Unlike Dell and HP making hundreds of redundencies we’re recruiting.
You may be aware that Viglen recently were awarded the OGC 10 contract, supply of over 70000 desktop PCs and Toshiba Laptops to over 40 councils across the UK. This win was the largest the single Government contract in recent years and against all the Tier 1’s, Dell, HP, Fujitsu etc. Follow the link below for further information.

My moto is always best value and service, that’s what I would want personally when buying something for myself therefore I stick with that same attitude for my customers.
