    We ran it on physical hardware with a RAID0 of 2 hard disks and a Haswell based I7. It wasn't top of the line, but it should've done a bit better than it did.

    It needs high performance specs to use comfortably. I've tried it on servers with older but not under powered hardware and it has just been a lagfest

    I'd say probably not, server 2019 has massive overhead, even moreso than 2016 in my experience. It just isn't worth.
