Thank you, I have tried that and deleted the contents of that folder - unfortunately I'm still getting the unwanted report. I do appreciate your suggestions though!

I have a problem when exporting reports from SIMS to Excel. If I preview the report it is bring up the results I am expecting but when I run the report Excel opens with the results of a previously run report. I used to have a fix (to do with One Drive settings) but due to a change in One Drive settings this no longer works. I would be most grateful if anyone can offer any suggestions. Thank you

I want to export an attendance summary (registration certificate) to send out with the school reports (one per child) this isn’t usually an issue we just print them and sort them however this year all reports are being emailed. Because I am going to be emailing them to parents via a mail merge I need each file individually and I need it to have a logical name. For example it could be Attendance00XXXX (with the 00XXXX being the child’s admission number) or any other unique identifier perhaps YRXSurnameInitial PDFs would be perfect but I will take whatever I can! Is there a magic way to generate this through SIMS to save me a HUGE amount of time? Thanks in anticipation
