So I found out that anything other than a 192.168.1.x or 192.168.0.x IP address range doesn't work with skyQ. It's their way of controlling the personal use only so that businesses cannot use it. give yourself a VLAN with a 192.168.1.x range and only put those skyQ boxes on it and you should be fine!
