Hi In light of our current planning for September opening,our KS3 form groups (both Y7 and Y8) will be taught in single rooms for almost all lessons. Is it possible in NOVA to associate a room with a form group? Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide Ed

Hi Mark, thanks for getting in touch. I think ive managed to resolve this now. My last year to schedule is year 8. Im aiming to get that done tomorrow if possible before tidying up the spread through the optimize screen. If i stumble across more issues am i ok to drop you an email? Hi I am new to timetabling this year. I work in a 11-18 school with approx 1700 students. I have scheduled KS5 (Y13 and Y12), KS4 (Y11, Y10, Y9) and almost year 7. I am trying to schedule the last block for this year group (Languages - 3 classes with 5 lessons). I have attempted to use the 'schedule' button in the blocks menu (effectively it attempts to autoschedule as far as im aware?!?). I have previously stopped this process after a while using the abort button and it has managed to schedule 3 or 4 of the 5 lessons. However, on this occasion it appears to have scheduled all 5 (i.e. all 5 have turned yellow) but the time is still rotating and i cannot select any other module to carry on. I did this earlier and when i clicked abort it 'lost' the final lesson and returned it to an 'unscheduled' state. Has anyone come across this before and does anyone have any suggestions.
