  1. We are considering implementing a LMS across a multi academy trust to host our online curriculum. There are 3 parts to this and in an ideal world a one solution will fit all: online curriculum that will be developed by our MAT subject leads - teachers set the work and pupils submit the work back to their teacher when completed. staff platform to host CPD courses - courses are written, staff sign up and complete and provide evidence if required. a platform that allows 1) the online curriculum and 2) the CPD staff courses to be sold as a resource to other organisations. What LMS platforms are out there that could achieve this? AI integration that can allow for some automatic marking and when the pupils have submitted work the system can advise on how they can improve. Do you know of any consultants that specialise in these areas you could recommend?
  2. We are using Microsoft Teams for remote learning with Salamander/SDS to extract the class data from SIMS to create the classes in Teams. Before our school closures for the lockdown, the teachers could only use prerecorded material. They have since started to use live streaming video of the teacher on the understanding that the lessons are recorded for pupils to access the lesson afterwards and safeguarding reasons. We are also using Teams for staff CPD webinar training for ones with less than 250 members. We have needed to use Teams Live Events as we have required to broadcast to around 550 people and found this really easy to setup and send bulk email using mail merge for emails.
