The successful candidate should be able to: · Maintain the Academy’s end-user ICT equipment, including desktop computers, tablet and mobile devices, Multi- Function Devices (MFDs) and Audio-Visual devices. · Provide specialist support and advice to staff and students in an ICT capacity to meet the practical needs of the curriculum and to ensure they can use the Academy network and ICT systems effectively.
