Hi does anyone no of any good school inventory software. I found a php app on sourceforge zCI inventory which was good and it came with a java app to run on the workstations to automatically update the database. The problem with this solution is that it has no way to manualy add any hardware and also i would rather have something which has error logging, faulty equipment and stock control all automatically linked together. eg: if i report a piece of equipment as faulty it automaticlly gets put on the stock that needs to be ordered list.
I will add an attachment of a list of what i feel i would have to change in the perl script for it to be suitable. Maybe someone might no of something already out there which is suitable.
