We have a Net2 installation across our site and are working on self-installing some additions. It is all working well so far.
However, whereas all our existing doors use Maglocks (easy to wire in) we have a an application where we need to use electric "drop bolt" mortise locks which have the following connections:
Red = +12V
Black = Power Ground
White = COM
Yellow = NC
The red and black are self explanatory but I am struggling to work out which connections the WHITE and YELLOW need to be connected into on the Paxton Net2 Door Controller to make it all work. The lock lights up with an LED showing power, but fails to operate. Don't want to spend too long trying White and Yellow in different terminals in case I fry something!
Can anyone help from their experience please?
