I so suspected. Well, Windows 7 is good enough for most purposes one could have for these machines I would imagine.

If you manage to do that, please let me know. I upgraded my machine to a SSD and added an extra gig of RAM and installed Win 7 and its really fast and works well as a "customer order machine" that sits out front at our pizzeria, McDonald's style. Thank you again and let us know if you decide to work on the system any more!
