Hi Everyone.
I am working on the late minutes letter to parents for all pupils with more than 50min late.
Usually for attendance I use Reports-lesson monitor-print letters, can be printed and linked to pupils.
Unfortunately, when create new letter definition for lates, I can only filter/select late before/after/both marks (for sessions or lessons). There is no way to select 'minutes late'.
So, I have created simple .net report and mailmerged to word. Can print it for parents, but there is no way to link letters to pupils (other than one by one). As I have 200 ish, this will take forever.
Last option I think is focus-assessment-individual reports, but then do I have to create custom group pupils with 50+ minutes? This will change from week to week.
Any help with this will be appreciated!
