Yeah we have 75 licences so we have more than enough, i`ve logged it with Ruckus to see if they can assist - - - Updated - - - I tried it on both auto approve and manually approve, I also looked through the events and cannot see the device at all.

Evening Everyone, Has anyone ever experienced this issue before? At one of my schools we have a Ruckus ZD3050 we have purchased some additional Ruckus R500 APs, however I am struggling to get them connected onto the controller (or get the controller to even see them) I have tried factory resetting the APs, using the firmware taken from one of our existing APs, adding in both primary and secondary controller, setting a static IP rather than a DHCP. We are out of Ruckus support, does anyone know if the Ruckus support is linked to licensing of the APs? Much appreciated
