The role includes desk-side and remote support of our staff and classrooms, Microsoft server and cloud systems admin, and support of our network and A/V systems. While not essential, experience of supporting IT in an educational environment would be an advantage. This is a customer facing role and we are involved with many aspects of the schools’ operations – any experience of managing CRM systems and online learning environments would be very helpful.
