International House London is seeking an IT System Administrator to work at our prestigious site in Holborn.
International House London is one of the largest Language Schools in the U.K. hosting over 8,000 language students from over 150 countries each year.
The IT System Administrator role is pivotal to the success and smooth running of the school which is why we are seeking a candidate who is proficient not only with Information Technology but also confident at building relationships with stakeholders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Annual leave: 30 days, plus public holidays
Weekly hours: 35, Monday to Friday
Reporting to: Head of IT
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and support our two main Cloud platforms – Salesforce and Office 365.
Provide a customer focused IT service that helps users achieve their work objectives.
To assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current and future IT and telecom systems, for both business and educational applications.
MAIN DUTIES
Provide administrative, technical and project support for our Salesforce presence.
Provide administrative, technical and project support for our Office 365 presence.
Assist with system and system security monitoring.
Assist with management and maintenance of user accounts and on-premise platform resources.
Support network users through desk-side and remote support.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Support technology use in the classroom and office environments.
Assist with Moodle learning system support and administration.
To assist with first and second-line support for end users and end user equipment, including classrooms.
Assist with backups.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
Salesforce ADM201 certification and/or
Microsoft Office 365 certification such as 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements, 70-347 Enabling Office 365 Services, MS-100 Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements.
