Head of IT Services (College Group)
College location: East Surrey College (Redhill)
Salary: Competitive (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: Full time (37 hours/week)
The Head of IT Services must devise and subsequently implement the College Group’s ICT Strategy - This will be through the delivery of high quality information, communication and infrastructure services and providing robust secure physical and virtual environments which provide students and staff with systems that enhance the teaching, learning and assessment experience whilst ensuring that ICT infrastructure and systems are secure (able to deal with threats from the changing operating landscape). The systems architecture and design also needs to be flexible enough to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and the changing needs of our students and staff.
The successful candidate must have:
[*]Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
[*]Experience of leading and managing a professional IT services function delivering the full breadth of IT Services
[*]Strong IT related degree
[*]Qualified with: MCSA Sever 2016, MS SQL 2008, ITI Practioner, CCNA Qualified, Prince 2 Qualified or relevant, CompTIA Security + or relevant, CISSIP or relevant & TOGAF/SABSA Enterprise Architect.
