I love scratch, but being able to open files with a double click shouldn't be a feature request... it's basic functionality for every other program

you can set default associations with a group policy, on our computers though scratch will still not open projects with a double click, I'm going to update it and see if that is something that was fixed in an update

for installers that use an exe to bootstrap an MSI, you can right click the .exe and use 7z to extract one. I'll admit, I have not tried with scratch in any form, so you might just get third party installation systems
