SchoolComms have said it is an issue with them and are working with the cashless catering companies direct to try and resolve the issue. We also use Cunninghams. Still no communication from them to say they have an issue it seems to be very hush hush

We have had this issue since last week. SchoolComms have said they had an issue with the internet payment system which gave parents a false error saying the payment had not been successful so the parent tried again. We have had parents try numerous time amounting up to £100's. SchoolComms have known about the issue but not communicated to anyone. We are now seeing accounts credited with random amounts even if the parent/staff member didn't top-up the account! We have one pupil with £500 on the account..........
