PaperCut Mobility Print’s Cloud Print Feature Now On Windows

Ooh, do we have some news for you - Mobility Print’s Cloud Print is now available on Windows!

Added bonus, it’s 100% free!

If you’re worried about Google Cloud Print deprecating in less than 30 working days, Mobility Print is a like-for-like alternative. Thousands of schools with millions of staff and students have already switched to PaperCut Mobility Print. It won’t take you long to install and have it up and running. One of our first customers to use Cloud Print on Windows said...

“This is just amazing! I’m almost lost for words at how easy it was to install and print over the internet!"

- Drew Pocock, Network Manager, Rye St Antony School, UK

Cloud Print enables users to print remotely and outside their network over the internet. Earlier this year it was launched on Chromebooks and was hugely popular, now it’s available on Windows. But don’t worry Mac users, Cloud Print will be supported on Mac devices in the upcoming weeks.

What does Cloud Print mean for you?

• Printing is secure: Print jobs and metadata are sent via an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. No one on the internet, including PaperCut, has access to your print jobs.

• Printing is lightning-fast: Print jobs stay local when possible, and are only sent via the internet when users are not connected to the local network.

• Printing is native: Just like local printing, hit CTRL+P or ‘Print' right in the device's interface to enable simple and functional printing from any application.

You’ve probably read about PaperCut’s Mobility Print on here before - it often gets recommended on EduGeek as a Google Cloud Print alternative. The new Cloud Print feature makes it a like-for-like replacement.

You don’t need to keep snoozing that reminder to migrate from Google Cloud Print, you can download Mobility Print for free and print on any device from anywhere pronto.

“It takes minutes. It is one of the simplest things I do. It just works.”

- Roger Nixon, Wheatley Park School
