I have a user for whom when they go to print an email from Outlook it tries to print from the Inbox/email list panel instead of the actual email/contents itself. Anyone ever seen this? The users Windows profile has just been removed from the pc and this happened first time logging in after, and has persisted after restarts etc. Anyone know if resetting the Mail/Windows profile again will fix the issue, only seems to be affecting this user on the pc.

Thanks for the info. Do you use their tool to sync authenticating for O365? -

Are you still using IAmCloud? If so how are you finding it? We've had regular issues, and are looking into some kind of alternative. -
I have a user who is working from home on their personal device. When they sign in to our Office365 and open any files, those files are then available in the desktop versions of Word, Excel etc, even after signing out and with no account signed in to the program itself. The user is also able to delete files on our Sharepoint sites from the Recent Files menu. I am not very au fait with macs, but have tried everything I can see in terms of clearing cache/history/passwords etc. I did a quick Google which brought up some articles from MS about SSo and MSaL, but they all seemed to be about configuring it, which we haven't done, and nothing obvious about turning it off. Anyone come across this before?

When your using VNC do you have the ability to preview multiple/a class of clients in one window? If so what software are you using for this? Can you give me a rough idea of per device costs for Win 7/10 PCs? -

We had some interactive screens installed recently and now have 4 of these that we no longer need. The touch accuracy is not very good on them (especially in the corners, generally ok in the centre - I have some .notebook traces if anyone is interested). This could possibly be fixed by replacing the controller chip in the back of the board. Need to be claimed in the next two days as otherwise I will arrange for a recycling company to come and take them away (Head wants to avoid any charges for that, so thought I'd stick them on here on the off chance!) Cheers. Edit: These are 60" SB560s, not 600s

Looking for someone to replace me at my current school - it's a really nice place to work! Saint Michael Catholic Primary School :: Recruitment E-Teach: St Michaels IT Technician Would you like to work in an outstanding Catholic primary school? This exciting role as a part-time IT Technician will be focused on maintaining and developing our new school website, supporting the staff by troubleshooting issues with IT equipment (e.g. PC’s, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors and others), ensuring software is up to date, setting up new IT and IT related equipment and overseeing the IT suite so that it is ready for the pupils to use in lessons. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. More important is the willingness to provide a high level of customer service and to relate effectively with a wide range of people, including pupils. Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with others as part of a team or using your own initiative. Closing date: 14th December 2016 Shortlisting & Interviews: week commencing 14th December 2015

Does anyone know/recommend any good AV repair companies, based near Heathrow/Staines? Got a pair of wireless mics we bought a couple years ago that have suddenly stopped working, and want to try and get them repaired, but the guy I have used before can't help. Cheers
