Michael Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Hello all, My setup is as follows - Windows 7 SP1 + IE10 fully updated Bonjour Services 2.0.2 AirServer 3.11 iOS8.02 or iOS8.1 All on the same single VLAN Windows Firewall disabled via GPO If I change the broadcast name (on the AirServer client), this instantly appears on the iPad, but it just won't mirror. It was previously working fine with AirServer 1.x and 2.x on iOS7.1.2. The event logs shows: GetLargeResourceRecord: opt 65002 optlen 8 wrong which is related to Bonjour Services 2.0.2. I've tried repairing this and it makes no difference. Any suggestions? Unless it's trying to connect outside on a new or unknown port, but not sure why it would need to do this?
Michael Posted November 10, 2014 Author Posted November 10, 2014 I've sorted it - On iOS7.1.2, the mirroring on/off toggle is displayed next to the computer name. On iOS8.1, the mirroring on/off toggle is displayed below the computer name. How dumb is that! If it ain't broke, don't fix it comes to mind...
