LMS for HR-manager - need advice

I'm seeking for help... Could you help me as newcomer in edu field?

I was assigned to implement corporate training courses for employees. Planning and selection stage ran over... Could you advice me LMS suitable for my tasks?

 

I need at least:

manage training process,

tailor content to employees’ career objectives;

assess employees/job applicants quickly.

I googled info about Moodle and realised that it will be quite difficult for me to start it on my own. I'm non-technician...

So, I need customization service and technical support. I guess it will not be for free. Do you know something easy on the pocket?
