Question of the day: original ink vs Xerox ink

Yet again another order to place that will further shrink the budget for IT: ink and cartridges consumption is just madness

 

Have an original quotation for original ink and toners for HP and Brother Models against a substantially cheaper quotation of Xerox made products and I have my reservation. In the past we used recycled cartridges and they are just awful.

 

Have you fellows experience Xerox consumables? Any hint in the ink would be an appreciated wink ;-)

We've had some Xerox compat toners, they were fine. Weirdly, their original toners for a device we've got are ridiculously expensive! So we've gone and got compats from somewhere else!
